Importing a License File

The Senzing application provides up to 100,000 records to be loaded and basic email support. If you have requirements to load additional records, you can request these; although we don't suggest more than 1 million records. Once requested you will be sent a license file to import that will increase the record limit for loading. 

After receiving the new license file:

• Make it available to your workstation
• Click the Settings and Support icon in the upper right-hand corner of the application (gear icon)
• Click 'Import License File'
• In the file dialogue box navigate to your license file, select it and choose 'Open'

After successfully importing the license file the license information will be updated and reflect your new limits.
